I am is a researcher in the Physical Activity and Brain Health group. My research interests are in the associations between physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and cognitive function. I also study the effects of different physical activity behaviours on changes in cerebral blood flow using near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), a neuroimaging technique. I am also interested in research topics pertaining to sleep, cardiorespiratory fitness, and cardiovascular health.
