The aim of my PhD project is to study the associations of movement behaviour and mental health among office workers for 24 hours. Central to my thesis is a large cluster of randomized controlled trials among office workers that aims to improve movement behavior and mental health.
The results of this research will have implications for occupational health professionals, employers, and policy makers interested in promoting mental health in the workplace.
The results will help companies create health-promoting work environments that reduce the risk of mental illness.
