I have a PhD in sports science and am a teacher in outdoor recreation at GIH.
The dissertation project "Becoming-place: (Re)conceptualising outdoor life in the Swedish physical education and health curriculum" is about outdoor recreation as a field of knowledge in school with a particular focus on the importance of the concept of place as an object of learning in the pedagogical practice of outdoor life.
I am also a participant in the research group Research in Education & Movement Culture, which is an interdisciplinary research group that conducts research in the humanities and social sciences on movement, culture and society.
