Interests
Read more about my interests in research.
I am a PhD student in the PAradox project, which focuses on individuals with physically demanding jobs. The project aims to examine the temporal associations between occupational physical activity and overload symptoms, and to evaluate a potential solution for promoting a healthy balance between daily physical workload and recovery at the individual level.
Previously, I have worked on research projects studying commuting by walking and cycling.
I have a particular interest in physiology and in the measurement methods used to study physical activity and endurance sports.
