The thesis "The significance of mitochondrial respiratory function in regulating oxygen uptake and perfomance in humans" provides useful information for future research on various factors that may affect the measurement of mitochondrial oxidative function, shows new factors that regulate oxygen consumption during exercise and highlights the importance of maintaining good mitochondrial function.
