I am engaged as a lecturer, course coordinator, examiner and supervisor at undergraduate and graduate level. Subjects include Work and Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Gender, Health Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Theory, Group Psychology, Motivation, Physical Activity and Health, Personality Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sports Psychology, and Stress-Related Illness.

I am an associate professor of psychology with a focus on work psychology, a senior lecturer in leadership at GIH and a licensed psychologist in CBT. My research includes, among other things, mental illness related to work, psychosocial work environment, physical activity and mental health, as well as behavioral changes of physical activity with the help of CBT and MI.

I am deputy research leader in E-PABS, Center of Excellence in Physical activity, Healthy brain functions and Sustainability, which is an eight-year project funded by the Knowledge and Competence Foundation in collaboration with Swedish industry.

Ongoing research projects include laboratory and psychotherapy research on physical activity in patients with fatigue syndrome and intervention research on the treatment of suicidal people.
