Interests

Read more about my interests in research.

My general research interests lie in the field of applied sports science and the development of elite athletes, especially team athletes. I have a special interest in flywheel training, combination training, strength training and endurance training as well as method development in these areas.

Current projects
  • Combination training for elite team athletes
  • Validity and reliability of measurements of oxygen uptake and related variables using the Vyntus CPX Metabolic Cart.
  • Physical Ability Tests, Rescue Region Östra Svealand.
