On April 12 at 9:00 a.m., Henrik Petré defends his thesis ”Concurrent training for elite team sport athletes”.

The doctoral thesis

In the thesis, Henrik Petré has investigated how combination training works for team athletes at an elite level. The results show that training status, sequence of the training sessions, and the rest period length are essential for strength development and performance in strength training.

The public defence

The defence will occur on Friday, April 12, at 09:00 a.m. in GIH´s auditorium.
