About the course
This course is designed for individuals with a background in physiology and nutrition who wish to advance their knowledge to the next level. We offer an online/hybrid course taught in English, including engaging and educational on-site laboratory sessions at GIH, where a broad and highly competent teaching team provides advanced knowledge across the full spectrum of sports nutrition.
The course provides, for example, advanced knowledge in the biochemistry of nutrition, athletes’ nutritional requirements, dietary supplements, energy needs, body composition, and meal planning. The course is offered at a half-time pace through remote, online instruction, with a largely self-paced approach. It also includes practical on-site days at GIH, focusing on body composition, metabolism, and nutritional planning.
To be eligible, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in a field such as sport science, physical activity, nutrition, or medicine.
Make the course better
